WNRN—a nonprofit independent radio station based in Charlottesville, VA—will be airing 24 hours of Grateful Dead footage starting this Friday, June 8, at 6pm. This “Decades of Dead” marathon will include sets from 1968, 1978, and 1988.

In addition to full sets, Decades of Dead will premiere two tracks from the bonus disc of the Anthem of the Sun 50th Anniversary Deluxe Edition. Listeners can call into the station or head to wnrn.org to donate during the 24 hours and choose from a variety of perks at different donation levels, including Anthem of the Sun (ships in July), a limited edition t-shirt and more. WNRN will also be giving away a pair of tickets to LOCKN’ Festival in August every other hour.

“Decades of Dead” will be broadcast on eight frequencies throughout Virginia (91.9 Charlottesville, 88.5 Richmond, 95.1 Harrisonburg, 95.3 Lexington, 94.7 Lovingston, 101.1 Waynesboro/Staunton, and 89.9 Lynchburg.) There will also be an online stream that can be found at wnrn.org and on the free WNRN Apple/Android app.
