Tedeschi Trucks Band kicked off their annual Wheels of Soul Tour this past weekend, and the band has already offered a number of collaborations with their tour mates, Drive-By Truckers and The Marcus King Band, plus special guests.

After trading sit ins with Drive-By Truckers in Tuscaloosa, AL, including Patterson and David Hood joining TTB for “All My Friends,” the tour moved to Charleston, SC, where TTB saxophonist Kebbi joined Marcus King while King himself played with TTB on encore performances of “Leavin’ Trunk” and “Show Me.”

On Tuesday night at Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, NY, Tedeschi Trucks Band upped the ante with several sit ins, starting with Patterson Hood joining them for a cover of Wings’ “Let Me Roll It.” A couple songs later, King helped out on “Key to the Highway,” and the evening’s encore featured a rendition of “Statesboro Blues” featuring guitarists Eric Krasno and London Souls’ Tash Neal.

See the SPAC setlist below, along with fan-shot video from the night. TTB and company continue the Wheels of Soul tour tomorrow, July 6, in Hartford, CT.
