Ween have announced a couple of special Nashville shows for this October, when the band will revisit its 1996 album 12 Golden Country Greats at the famed Ryman Auditorium.

For the Ryman shows, Ween will once again team up with The Shit Creek Boys, a touring group that Ween brought together to tour 12 Golden Country Greats. The Shit Creek Boys are made up of some of the various veteran Nashville country musicians that Ween tapped to help them record the album, which features tunes like “Piss Up a Rope” and “Japanese Cowboy.”

Ween will play the Ryman on October 16 and 17. Tickets go on sale this Friday, August 17, at 10am local time, and a pre-sale is currently underway here with the passcode FLUFFY. See Ween’s full tour schedule here. Next up for the band is a two-night run in Troutdale, OR, this weekend.
