Dan Lebowitz made a couple of notable appearances at this weekend’s High Sierra Music Festival including joining Fruition during their set for a couple of tunes including “There She Was” and “Take It Too Far.”

Lebo was busy throughout the weekend, sitting in with a variety of artists and also leading a recreation of the Grateful Dead’s Terrapin Station record during a guest-filled set that followed an introduction from Jay Blakesberg.

Lebo also teamed up with Eric McFadden and Bo Carper for the “Heavy Metal Hodown” where the group interpreted classic heavy metal songs like Van Halen’s “Ain’t Talkin’ Bout Love” in a bluegrass form. Watch below.
