Sam Holt will lead his band in a weekend-long tribute to late Widespread Panic guitarist Mikey Houser, who passed away 15 years ago today. Holt, a former guitar technician for Panic and Houser, also plays in former Panic drummer Todd Nance’s new project Interstellar Boys.

Holt and company will play three shows on Labor Day Weekend in the Carolinas, starting September 1 at The Whiskey in Wilmington, NC. The band then moves to Charleston, SC’s Pour House the following night before closing out the run on September 3 at The Rabbit Hole in Charlotte, NC.

For the run, Holt’s band will feature its namesake on guitar, along with keyboardist Adam Grace, drummer Jeremy Ward and bassist Ross Parker, plus some unannounced special guests.
