Joe Russo’s Almost Dead continued their Fall Ball run at the Brooklyn Bowl with night two of their six-night residency where they debuted a new cover of Bob Dylan’s “Just Like Tom Thumb’s Blues” sung by bassist Dave Dreiwitz.

The cover came in a jam-heavy second set that also included tunes like “Alligator,” “Casey Jones,” “King Solomon’s Marbles” and “The Eleven” prior to the “Easy Wind” set-closer.

The first set also included a Dylan nod, with the group opening with “Shelter From the Storm” which they debuted last year after their Red Rocks show was moved indoors due to bad weather.

The band returns to the stage tonight for night three.
