Umphrey’s McGee’s Brendan Bayliss and Jake Cinninger once again presented their annual Holiday Show at Park West in Chicago as they welcomed a slew of guests including some of their bandmates to benefit People’s Music of Chicago.

Speaking of their bandmates, Joel Cummins opened the show with a solo set before Bayliss and Cinninger kicked off the night with an expansive “Divisions” with a “Yoga Pants” interlude. “Nemo” included a “Sweetness” instrumental and Cinninger led the country-tinged “Bad Poker” before the old ballad “You and You Alone” that’ll appear on the upcoming UM record.

The duo then welcomed out Cummins as well as Andy Farag and Kris Myers for “Kimble” before one of the notable covers on the night—Whiskeytown’s “Jacksonville Skyline” followed shortly by the Grateful Dead’s “They Love Each Other.” Jen Hartswick joined later on “Angel From Montgomery” as well as the UM duet “Bullhead City” before Paul McCartney’s “Let Me Roll It” closed the set.

The encore included a slew of guests on the night, with the likes of Hartswick, Cummins, Myers, Farag, Mike Racky and Kevin Kostelecky joining in on John Lennon’s “Mind Games,” Jackson Browne’s “Running on Empty” and Journey’s “Lights.”
