Greensky Bluegrass played the first of two nights at New York’s Playstation Theater last night and welcomed opener Billy Strings to the stage for a couple tunes in the first set.

Strings, who has collaborated several times with Greensky recently as he’s been opening for them during their winter dates, joined the band for the final two songs of the first set, starting with Greensky’s own “I’d Probably Kill You” and rounding out with the traditional bluegrass standard “Little Maggie.”

Greensky played the second set guest-less, delivering some of their live favorites like “Dustbowl Overtures,” “Forget Everything” and “Leap Year,” and closed the night with an encore rendition of Rayland Baxter’s “Yellow Eyes.”
