Parks and Rec

While some challenges are common to any performance venue, there are also a unique set of risk and rewards in using public places as concert spaces. Moderator Chris Burrows of Bowery Presents speaks with a group of people who know that all too well, including Go4Dindas Productions’ Jon Dindas, SummerStage’s Erika Elliot, Founders Entertainment’s Tom Russell, Steelman Production’s Kurt Steelman and Jack Walsh of BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn.

Sponsorship

Brand partnerships have the opportunity to put points on the board for all of the parties involved, including fans. Moderator Joe Killian explores the best approaches in striking a balance to achieve this with Wasserman Media Group’s Molly Bailin, MAC Presents’ Jessica Beutler Abel, AEG’s Andrew Klein and ROAR’s Liz Norris.

Restoring a Rock Palace

WFUV’s Rita Houston talks about the venue’s unique story with Shapiro, members of The Capitol Theatre team Tom Baily and Stephanie May, Marc Allen of the Jerry Garcia Family, MGM Resorts’ Maile Housel and Bowery Presents’ Anthony Makes.
