This Sunday, Steve Kimock & Friends will play a special show at Mill Valley, CA’s Sweetwater Music Hall in celebration of Wavy Gravy’s 82nd Birthday. Proceeds will benefit Wavy Gravy’s Camp Winnarainbow.

Looking ahead, Kimock will also join the Everyone Orchestra for shows at Denver, CO’s Cervantes on May 11 and 12 (including a night dubbed Everyone’s Dead on on May 11) and take part in the all-star Unlimited Devotion at Ardmore, PA’s Ardmore Music Hall on June 8 and 10. Then, Kimock will return to Sweetwater for shows with his band K I M O C K—featuring singer Leslie Mendelson, bassist Andy Hess and his son John Morgan—on June 15 and 16, before playing “evening with” shows at Sonoma’s The Reel Fish Shop on June 17 and Santa Cruz’s The Catalyst Atrium on June 19. Finally, his June will will come to a close with a stop at the 4 Peaks Music Fest, slated from June 21-24.

Kimock is currently in the midst of a brief run of shows with three friends from his time with RatDog: keyboardist Jeff Chimenti, bassist Robin Sylvester and drummer Jay Lane. The ensemble will perform at Sebastopol, CA’s Hopmonk this evening. He will also tour with Hot Tuna later this summer and fall.
