Relix Media Group is looking to hire a Sales Coordinator, who will be responsible for creating print and digital sales programs as well as cross-platform advertising strategies for our network of clients across multiple categories. This role is a key function that will help guide progressive and creative campaign elements that advertisers expect from us.

We are seeking a candidate with some prior sales experience who thrives in a fast paced environment. This candidate has strong storytelling and writing skills, but can also understand and leverage data. This candidate has prior experience utilizing social distribution tactics to leverage scale and reach for marketing campaigns as well as integrating branded content techniques within programs. They will also have polished written and oral communication skills to communicate their ideas to sales partners and clients effectively. Collaboration is key as they will be working with Sales and productions teams.

Responsibilities

—Prospect for qualified local and regional clients; present and close appropriate marketing solution programs. These programs may include any of the networks many assets for clients: digital products such as display, streaming, video, e-commerce, audience extension and digital marketing services as well as events.

—Leverage our live event programs through sponsorship and sales programs to new and existing clients.

—Create new relationships with local and regional businesses in our area.

—Work with local marketing teams to develop campaign support materials.

—Responsible to accurately project revenues, meet and exceed monthly budgets as well overachieve annual budgets.

—Enter new customer data and other sales contract details for clients in CMS

—Follow accountabilities set forth by your Sales Manager to help guide you to success achieving monthly sales quotas consistently.

—Create new lists and prospect new clients regularly and meet sales goals

—Provide insight and value to executive management to shape the future of our organization.

Qualifications

—Goal oriented, a strong work ethic and a strong desire to learn.

—Previous sales experience- A history of success with customers and a proven ability to develop and grow revenue.

—Knowledge and experience with digital media.

—The successful candidate will be smart, curious, tenacious, entrepreneurial, independent, passionate, and enthusiastic, and work with urgency to meet deadlines.

—Accomplished at prospecting and qualifying.

—Ability to engage clients quickly and develop rapport, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

—Associates/Bachelor’s business/sales/marketing-related degree or equivalent experience.

—Passion for music is a plus.
