After previewing his new solo album Uniform Distortion at an intimate Brooklyn show, My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James headed over to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to play his single “Just A Fool.”
Employing a black and white, mirrored lens to the camera, James kicked out the rocking tune with his backing band.
Compared to his previous, more acoustic solo offerings, this is definitely a more plugged-in version of James’ work.
Uniform Distortion is out June 29 via ATO Records.
