Musicians for Medical Marijuana has announced plans for its next benefit show. Fact or Fiction will perform December 4 at the Ashkenaz Music and Dance Community Center in Berkeley, CA. The band consists of saxophonist Martin Fierro (Zero, The Legion of Mary), keyboardist Arlan Schierbaum (Mandrill, Jemimah Puddleduck, The Pointer Sisters), bassist Tim Haggerty (Michael Bolivar Band, Jesse Colin Young Band) and drummer Aaron Haggerty. Proceeds from the show will benefit public education efforts, medical cannabis research and financial assistance for patients and their caregivers facing legal challenges.
