John Browns Body will release its new album, Spirits All Around Us, June 11 on I-Town/Shanachie. The band will celebrate with a CD release party June 12 at Castaways in Ithaca, NY. The group’s itinerary also includes stops in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Pennsylvania.
JBB vocalist Eliot Martin will also release a solo disc, titled Black Castle, on May 30. Other artists appearing on the CD include Mike Stark (Wingnut), Gabriel Tavares (Plastic Nebraska), Sim (Sim Redmond Band), Nate Silas Richardson (John Browns Body), Matt Saccucci Morano and Brian Dozoretz.
