Walther Productions has been forced to relocate three summer festivals: moe. of Les, Summer of Love35 Years Later and Camp Bisco III: Senor Boombox, due to county officials sudden interpretation of zoning regulations. The moe. of Les festival, scheduled for July 12 13, will now be held at Marvins Mountantop in Masontown, WV, 12 miles east of Morgantown. Performers include moe., Les Claypool, The Recipe, Lake Trout, Yonder Mountain String Band, Strangefolk, All Mighty Senators and Project/Object.
‘I feel blessed that we were able to secure a site for the moe. or les festival as perfect as Marvin’s Mountaintop within just 24 hours,’ said Walther. ‘Not only does it have the potential to be the best site we’ve ever worked with, but the owner is a gentle spirit who welcomed us with open arms.’
An announcement on the new location of Summer of Love and Camp Bisco is expected soon. For details, visit www.walther-productions.com.
