Soulive has confirmed several special guests for next months Stretch series, a Wednesday night residency in New York City. Each show will be held at a different venue and will feature a different genre of music. On February 5, the trio will perform a jazz show at the Knitting Factory with The Soulive Horns, comprised of Fred Wesley, Russell Gunn, Ryan Zoidis & Sam Kininger. DJ Spinna will also make a guest appearance. The February 12 hip hop gig will be held at S.O.B.s and will feature DJ Logic, J-Live and others. The following week, on February 19, Joshua Redmans Elastic Band joins Soulive for a funk show at the Mercury Lounge. The residency concludes on February 26 with an RnB concert at Joes Pub. Special guests include Reggie Watts and Ivan Neville, among others.
