The line-up for the 4th Annual Walthers Grassroots Music & Arts Festival has just been announced. The one-day event is slated to take place August 9 at Oregon Ridge Park in Cockeysville, MD and will feature 10 hours of music. Performers include Rusted Root, Les Claypools Frog Brigade, Jimmy Cliff, Yonder Mountain String Band, Carbon Leaf, Jah Works and Maktub. Early bird tickets are on sale today.
