Yonder Mountain String Band has released more fall dates. Following a Halloween performance at The Schnitzer Hall in Portland, OR, the group will travel east, making stops in Washington, Montana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky and Missouri. The band is touring in support of its third studio disc, Old Hands.
In other news, Yonder Mountains song, To See You Comin Round is sampled on rapper Bubba Sparxxxs track, Comin Round, which appears on his album, Deliverance. The track is a bizarre blend of hip hop and bluegrass, not your every day collaboration.
