The latest band to offer its own web site to sell live and studio recording is Sound Tribe Sector 9. The band has launched Sts9music.com which will host live soundboards as well as previews of the band’s forthcoming Artifact release and some previously unreleased tracks that didn’t appear on _ Live at Home_. In what has become the industry standard, music will be available both as mp3 and FLAC files (be honest folks, raise your hand if you had even heard of FLAC files before Phish launched its downloads site).
