Rolling Stone Charlie Watts Recovering
Charlie Watts, founding drummer for the Rolling Stones, is expected to make a full recovery after being diagnosed with throat cancer. Watts has since undergone four weeks of radiotherapy at London’s Royal Marsden Hospital. A band spokes person said, ‘He is expecting to make a full recovery and start work with the rest of the band later in the year. The Rolling Stones completed their 40th anniversary world tour in 2003.
