Evan as RatDog wraps up its spring tour this weekend with three coast shows, the band is looking ahead. First up is a performance to benefit Community Action Marin, which will take place at the Marin Veterans Memorial Auditorium at Marin Center in San Rafael, CA on May 21 (Community Action Marin is a private non-profit 501©(3) social service agency serving and assisting low-income Marin residents in achieving a life of quality based on self-sufficiency.) Shana Morrison with Caledonia will also be on the bill for the show which is being billed as Opportunity Rocks’). Beyond that the group has announced a gig at the Pageant in St. Louis on June 10 (which will precede the group’s June 12 appearance at Bonnaroo). In addition, RatDog will perform at Central Park Summer Stage on September 1 with Bruce Hornsby. As for the band’s current tour, RatDog is still actively introducing new covers, as over the course of this week the band busted out ‘Jack-A-Roe’ ‘Might as Well’ and ‘Masters of War’
