January 1 is shaping up to be a busy morning of music. Sometimes Critters Buggin/Les Claypool collaborators Mike Dillon and Skerik will perform a special late-night duo show at San Francisco’s Jelly’s in the first hours of 2006. The evening, which will also boast a set from Dillon’s Hairy BMX, is scheduled to begin at 1 AM and push well into the morning of the New Year. Earlier in the evening, the duo will ring in 2006 across town with Claypool, and there may be some early morning sit-ins with breakfast.
