Guster will release its first studio album in three years, Ganging up the Sun on June 13. In preparation, the group has made a pair of tracks from the recording sessions, Manifest Destiny and Sorority Tears, available online and will release an addition series of digital singles, EP’s, videos, and online jukeboxes over the next few months. After a few months of hibernation the group will also kickoff its first west coast tour in sometime at San Diego, CAs House of Blues on March 22. For the outing, Guster will partner with the eco-conscious Reverb, a staple on last years BIG Summer Classic, as part of the Campus Consciousness Tour. Before then be sure to check out Ryan Millers thoughts on 2005 in the final installment of our Year End Retrospective.
