ZEN is fixing to set a mark for the Guinness Book of World Records next month. On July 1 and 2 at its ZEN All Together Music Marathon the band intends to break the record for consecutive hours of live performance. ZEN will play for 27 straight hours (with members presumably rotating on and off to attend to various bodily requirements) at the Snowshoe Mountain resort in Snowshoe, West Virginia. Proceeds from the marathon will be directed to New Orleans musicians affected by Hurricane Katrina.
