The String Cheese Incident wrapped up its summer tour with a three night stand over the weekend at the Cuthbert Amphitheater in Eugene, OR. String Cheese performed two sets apiece during the first two nights and then closed things out on Sunday with three sets of music (including an opening acoustic set) as well as a two song encore. Members of Railroad Earth performed with SCI on all three nights, joining in for Lonesome Fiddle Blues and Sometimes A River on Friday, Walls of Time on Saturday and throughout the acoustic opening set on Sunday. In addition, Pangea guitarist Zivanai Masango added guitar to Mouna Bowa last night. String Cheese Incident will return to the stage on September 16 with a performance at the Austin City Limits Music Festival, followed by a show at Stubb’s BBQ.
