The Sam Kininger Band will be celebrate Halloween in Hawaii. From October 26-29, the group will perform throughout the 50th state, making stops at Honolulus Anna Bananas (10/26), Ong King Art Center (10/27) and the Bikini Cantina (10/28). The group will also stop at Waikiki, HIs Lulu’s Waikiki (10/29).
In other SKB news, yesterday the funk ensemble performed at the wedding reception of Addison Groove Project keyboardist Rob Marscher to Jambands.com/Relix photographer Regan Teti at New Yorks Full Moon Resort. During the groups set Kinninger invited AGPs Dave Adams (alto sax), Ben Groppe (tenor sax) and the groom himself out for a series of spirited jams. Later in the evening, Addison Groove Project made a stealth appearance, performing Tower of Powers What is Hip with the aid of SKB bassist Aaron Bellamy. Throughout the weekends festivities, jazz guitarist Stephane Wrembel also performed, while the members of AGP serenaded the happy couple with an acoustic version of Tenacious Ds Friendship.

Addison Groove Project will perform at Bostons Harper’s Ferry on December 29 and 30.
