The fourth annual Jam in the Dam festival has added The Disco Biscuits, Dark Star Orchestra and Perpetual Groove to its lineup. These groups were chosen with the help of Jam in the Dam fans via an online poll and join a lineup which already includes Umphreys McGee, Lotus and Tea Leaf Green. Jam in the Dam has also expanded into a four day event which will now run from March 16-19. Each band will offer three performances with the exception of Dark Star Orchestra, who will only play the event on March 16 and 17 (the group will, however, play Jam in the Dams separately ticketed pre-party on March 15).

In other news, the Disco Biscuits will perform at New Yorks Highline Ballroom tonight. After the gig, Marc Brownstein and Aron Magner will play a 2 AM show at the same venue as Conspirator. Unlike most Conspirator shows, however, the duo will play a PA laptop set, augmenting their tracks with live bass and keyboards. Longtime Conspirator member DJ Omen will not be present for tonights show or Saturdays opening spot at Philadelphias Electric Factory.
