Medeski Scofield Martin & Wood missed much of the west coast last fall, but will make good this September. The quartet will open an extended tour September 13 at Vancouver, BCs Commodore Ballroom, before making stops in Seattle, Portland, OR, Laytonville, CA, Reno, NV, Saratoga, CA and San Francisco. Highlights include an appearance at the Earthdance Peace Festival on September 16 and a two night run at San Franciscos Fillmore from September 21-22. MSMW will also make a pair of Canadian festival appearances later this month, June 27 at the Toronto Jazz Festival and June 28 at Montreals Le Festival Int’l De Jazz. Billy Martin and John Medeski will perform at at duo at Bonnaroo this coming weekend.
