This past May, a fire destroyed the Pizza Plus restaurant in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Tonight at Southpaw, Sam Champion and Teenage Prayers will perform a show to raise money for the establishment and its employees. This will be an early show with doors at 7:30 and music from Sam Champion starting at 8:30 followed by Teenage Prayers set at 9:30. As our story title suggests, Sam Champion has described tonights event as like Farm Aid and Live Earth, but smaller and Kanye West won’t be there.
