Trey Anastasio has been living in Saratoga Springs, NY since entering a court ordered drug rehabilitation program this spring and, for the first time in his career, has not performed publicly for five months. Last night, however, Anastasio returned to the stage for the first time since Langerado to jam with Dave Matthews Band at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. As he has on several occasions, Anastasio played guitar on Lie in Our Graves partway through the DMBs set. In addition, Toots Hibert, who opened the evenings festivities, appeared on a version of Matthews Warehouse. It is also worth noting that for the first time the full Dave Matthews Band ran through a song from Matthews solo canon in concert. During its set, the group busted into the title track from 2003s Some Devil and Matthews later offered a solo acoustic version of the albums single Gravedigger.

Dave Matthews Band will perform at the Verizon Wireless Virginia Beach Amphitheater tonight.
