Former (?) String Cheese Incident drummers Michael Travis and Jason Hann are currently on the road, touring in support of EOTOs new release _ Razed_. On Tuesday, the longtime collaborators opened for Umphreys McGee at Charlotte, NCs Amos’ Southend and, in a move reminiscent of the Big Summer Classic, Hann emerged during Umphreys set to play percussion on Robot World. EOTO will support The Bridge at Baltimore, MDs 8 × 10 this evening, while Umphreys McGee will hold court at Asheville, NCs Orange Peel with special guests U-Melt.

In related news, the Conscious Alliance will oversee food drives at several upcoming Orange Peel shows, including the abovementioned Umphreys gig. Patrons who donate 10 non-perishable food items or more will receive a limited edition poster created by Mark Brabant. On Sunday, April 20 Conscious Alliance will return to support the Disco Biscuits, with a limited edition poster designed by Rob Servo. In addition, philanthropist Mr. Alan Feinstein will match any food or monetary donations made to Conscious Alliance during this time. For the eleventh straight year, Alan Shawn Feinstein has pledged to divide $1 million among hunger fighting agencies throughout the months of March and June.
