The Piety Street Band will make the rounds throughout Europe for much of November. The group features John Scofield on guitar along with George Porter, Jr. on bass, Jon Cleary on keyboards and drummer Ricky Fataar. Opening up their tour in Budapest on November 12, the Piety Street Band will later close things out in Spain on December 2. The four reportedly will be recording a new album in New Orleans this fall, which will be released next year. Prior to then, Sco also will travel through Australia for much of October with John Scofield – Joe Lovano Quartet.
