The Telluride Blues & Brews Festival has added a solo show by Warren Haynes to its weekend festivities. The rare solo performance will take place September 13 at the Telluride Conference Center Juke Joint. Haynes will already be in Telluride that weekend for a performance with Govt Mule. Other acts scheduled to appear include John Hiatt, Joan Osborne, G. Love, Etta James, Derek Trucks Band, Susan Tedeschi and the Dirty Dozen Brass Band.

The Govt Mule guitarist wrapped up two solo sets at Aspen, COs Belly Up, where he offered his first solo takes on Joe Bonamassa If Heartaches Were Nickels and the Allman Brothers Bands Old Before My Time. As previously reported, the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival will take place from September 12-14.
