The Disco Biscuits have confirmed the first round of performers scheduled to appear at the eighth annual Camp Bisco festival. In addition to five sets of the Disco Biscuits, fans will be treated to a collaborative performance by Nas & Damian ‘Jr. Gong’ Marley, two nights of STS9 and marquee sets from recent Relix cover subjects Dr. Dog, dance-punk champs Chromeo, Somali-Canadian poet, rapper and musician K’Naan and the String Cheese Incident offshoot EOTO. DFA Records will also curate its own tent featuring LCD Soundsystem collaborators James Murphy and Pat Mahoneys Special Disco Version, while Twisted Records All Star Tent will boast performances by Younger Brother and a DJ set by Shpongles Simon Posford and Raja Ram. As some readers may recall, the Younger Brother live band features such familiar faces as Marc Brownstein, Joe Russo and Tom Hamilton.

Last year we brought Snoop Dogg, and it was epic, Brownstein said in a statement. This year we continue to bring in legends of American music: Nas is one of the only rappers from back in the day that is still putting out legit and relevant chart topping music, and we can’t wait to see what he and Junior Gong have in store!
Other acts scheduled to appear at Camp Bisco include: The Orb, Flying Lotus, Pretty Lights, Holy Ghost, Orchard Lounge, John Brown’s Body, Telepath, Boombox, Martyn, BioDiesel with KJ Sawka, AC Slater, Phantogram, MO2, DJ Haitian, Fort Knox Five, Kill the Noise, Prometheus, Ott; Starkey, Bluetech, Indobox, Roots of Creation, Joe Nice, Tuphace, Otherwise and Dirty Paris. As previously reported, Camp Bisco will return to Mariaville, NY from July 16-18.
