Widespread Panic will not play Morrison, COs Red Rocks Amphitheatre in 2009. The group traditionally hits Red Rocks each summer and has headlined a record 32 sold out shows at the famed venue since its first visit as an opener in 1991. The band decided to forego its annual trek to Red Rocks in order to headline Denvers Mile High Music Festival on July 18 and 19. In a statement sent to fans yesterday, Widespread Panics managers also stated that the group will not play Denver this New Years Eve. Panic will perform at Orlando, FLs House of Blues House of Blues on April 13.
