Trey Anastasio to Re-Broadcast 2010 Shows

As previously reported, Trey Anastasio’s next release is the live album TAB At The TAB. The album features the Trey Anastasio Band’s February 27, 2010 performance at Atlanta’s Tabernacle. In celebration of the album’s release, iClips will re-broadcast TAB’s 2010 performances at St. Louis, MO’s the Pageant and Gulf Shores, AL’s Hangout Beach Music and Arts Festival. The re-broadcast for the Pageant show is set for September 8, 2010, and the re-broadcast for the Hangout Festival show is set for September 13, 2010. Start times are 8:30 PM EST, 7:30 CST, 6:30 MST, & 5:30 PST.

That Trey tour was some of the best music played in a long time. Remarkably superb, way beyond par and overall a great freaking time.

Was also at the show and agree in that it was some of the cleanest TAB I’d heard. Remarkably, I was equally in awe of the crowd that night, who were sitting (or…standing, I guess) on their hands for the majority of the show….not giving much back for Mr. Trey. I remember thinking how far things had come and changed for Trey and Phish until I saw the July 4 show… Haven’t heard any recordings of the TAB show yet, but I remember it being a monster.
