Stockholm Syndrome is in the midst of its first East Coast tour since 2004. As previously reported, the group is touring with a new limited edition 10” featuring the new songs “Apollo” and “Town and Country.” The tracks were recorded as part of a full-length album that the band expects to release in 2011. The group—which features Jerry Joseph, Dave Schools, Eric McFadden, Danny Louis and Wally Ingra—will perform at Raleigh, NC’s Lincoln Theater this evening. The band is then off to West Chester, PA (9/9) and Baltimore, MD (9/10) before bringing its tour to a close at Brooklyn, NY’s Brooklyn Bowl this Sunday. In addition to material from its two albums, Stockholm Syndrome is now playing Vic Chestnutt’s “Flirted With You All My Life” as a tribute to the late songwriter.
