Drive-By Truckers, Martin Sexton, Arlo Guthrie, Josh Ritter and Jorma Kaukonen are among the acts scheduled to appear at Pete Seeger’s annual Clearwater Festival. As in years past, the festival will take place in Croton-on-Hudson, NY on June 18 and 19.

Other acts scheduled to appear include: Toubab Krewe, Peter Yarrow, John Sebastian, Janis Ian, The Low Anthem, Red Horse (Lucy Kaplansky, John Gorka & Eliza Gilkyson), The Klezmatics, Justin Townes Earle, Chris Smither, Joanne Shenandoah, Tao Seeger Band, Toshi Reagon & Big Lovely, Mike & Ruthy, Sarah Lee & Johnny Bethany & Rufus’ Roots Quartet, Red Baraat and The Kennedys. Seeger will also perform.

The theme for this year’s Great Hudson River Revival is Clearwater Generations. The theme is “inspired by Pete Seeger’s vision and Clearwater’s mission – to inspire, educate, and activate the next generation of environmental leaders.” Each day will culminate with “Generations” sets – classic Clearwater artists performing with their own next generations: Pete Seeger + Tao Seeger, Arlo Guthrie + Sarah Lee Guthrie, Peter Yarrow + Bethany Yarrow, Bernice Johnson Reagon + Toshi Reagon, John Sebastian + Ben Sebastian, Tom Chapin + Jen Chapin (Tom’s niece and Harry Chapin’s daughter), Jay Ungar + Ruthy Ungar Merenda, David Amram + the Amram kids and other special guests.
