Gregg Allman Sits in with Steve Miller Band

Allman and Miller at Christmas Jam

Gregg Allman & Friends kicked off a string of support dates for Steve Miller Band Tuesday night at North Charleston, SC’s Performing Arts center. During Miller’s headlining set, Allman also emerged for “All Your Love” and “Ooh Poo Pah Do.” Miller recently sat in with Allman on the song “Lost Highway” at Warren Haynes’ Christmas Jam. The tour will continue at Columbus, OH’s LC Pavillion this Friday.

I was at X-mas Jam and Miller actually sat in with Steve Miller for his entire set.

Steve Miller of Steve Miller Band fame did not sit in with the Allmans in March of 71. That was another musician named Steve Miller who played piano during the At the Fillmore shows.
