Railroad Earth Will Ring in 2012 in Colorado

Railroad Earth opened for Yonder Mountain String Band at Morrison, CO’s Red Rocks Amphitheater on Saturday night. The Americana/jam act will return to the area at the end of the year for a three-night New Year’s run. The celebratory run will take place at Denver’s Ogden Theatre from December 29-31. Yonder Mountain String Band also confirmed New Year’s shows in the area. Railroad Earth will appear at Boone, NC’s Music on the Mountaintop this Friday.

RRE didn’t “open” for Yonder at Red Rocks. They sold the damn show out for them!! They deserve way more respect than this comment, Jambands.com!!!

Agreed, Yonder is a fun high energy band but they should be tuning RRE’s instruments. RRE is so much better than Yonder, on so many levels, that there is no comparison.
