John Medeski with Club d’Elf

Tonight at New York City’s Whitney Museum, Medeski Martin & Wood will close out their August residency, along with DJ Logic and Cyro Baptista. Looking ahead, keyboardist John Medeski will then make some appearances with other groups. On Thursday, September 1, he will perform in a trio with Will Bernard and Ben Perowsky at The Falcon, in Marlboro, NY. Ten days later Medeski will appear with Sex Mob for a gig at La Vilette in Paris, France. On October 7, Medeski will rejoin that group for a date celebrating bandleader Steve Bernstein’s 50th Birthday at Club Helsinki in Hudson, NY. Then on October 15, Medeski will be back at Club Helsinki for a performance with Club d’Elf.
