ATO Records will release Alberta Cross’s The Rolling Thunder EP on September 27. Recorded at both Jimi Hendrix’s Electric Ladyland in New York City and Sunset Sound in Los Angeles, this limited edition EP will only be sold at the band’s concerts and indie retail stores. While Alberta Cross will appear this weekend at Virgin Mobile Free Fest,most of these concerts will take place with Portugal. The Man. On September 28 the groups will open a national tour with that will extend through October 29. A full-length Alberta Cross album will follow in early 2012.
