Tim Flannery and Friends

On Baseball’s Opening Day of 2011, San Francisco Giants fan Bryan Stow was attacked outside LA’s Dodger Stadium. The injuries he sustained threatened his life. Stow has fought through a medically induced coma and continues to fight to recovery from this senseless act of violence. In mid October, after almost 5 months at San Francisco General Hospital, Stow was moved to a long-term acute rehabilitation facility.

On Saturday January 28th, San Francisco Giants 3rd Base Coach and noted musician Tim Flannery will headline a benefit for Stow at Napa’s Uptown Theatre. Bob Weir will perform at the benefit, and a silent auction and VIP reception will open the evening. Flannery’s band The Lunatic Fringe also includes banjo player Dennis Caplinger (Vince Gill/Emmylou Harris/Eric Clapton),
percussionist Jeff Berkley (Jackson Browne), bassist Dean Smith and singer-songwriter Randi Driscoll as well as local musicians Turi and Brent McLain.
