More from Warren Haynes (Gov’t Mule Album, Mick and Keith, President Obama…)

Earlier today on the site, we posted a feature interview with Warren Haynes that focused on the Allman Brothers Band’s Beacon Theatre run. The conversation with Warren touched on much more, however, including an update on the next Gov’t Mule album, which the group began working on last month. The second part of the interview, which also explores his performance at the White House’s Red, White, and Blues event (with Mick Jagger), the Hubert Sumlin memorial at the Apollo Theatre (with Keith Richards), recent gigs with Phil Lesh and Friends and Levon Helm’s core band, as well as the forthcoming Warren Haynes Band Live at The Moody Theatre DVD has just posted to Relix.com.
