Dark Star Orchestra drummer Dino English will shift his focus from the music of the Grateful Dead to Jerry Garcia’s other songs this weekend. Along with Lee Owen, Roddy Pucket, Brad Slutskin and Jenny Adkins, English will perform as part of his side project the Very Garcia Band at Lexington, KY’s Cosmic Charlie’s this Sunday, March 25. The band pledges to perform the music of the Jerry Garcia Band and other related songs from 9:00 – 12:00 PM. DSO will kick off their spring tour at Seattle’s The Showbox on March 29.
