The Allman Brothers Band, Zac Brown Band, O.A.R., Tedeschi Trucks Band and More Set for Peach Music Festival

The Allman Brothers Band and Zac Brown Band will co-headline the first Peach Music Festival this summer. As previously reported, the festival will take place at Scranton, PA’s Montage Mountain from August 10-12. The Allman Brothers Band have a long history with Montage Mountain and Gregg Allman once cited the venue as one of his favorite places to perform. Though The Allman Brothers Band and Zac Brown Band seem to exist in different worlds, they share a common connection through Zac Brown Band drummer Chris Fryar, who played with Allman Brothers Band bassist Oteil Burbridge in Oteil and the Peacemakers. Gregg Allam also performed with the rising country stars at the 2011 CMA Awards. The Allman Brothers Band will play two shows during the Peach Music Festival.

Other acts confirmed to appear include: O.A.R., Tedeschi Trucks Band, Warren Haynes Band, Railroad Earth, Blackberry Smoke, Jaimoe’s Jasssz Band, Dark Star Orchestra, The Wailers, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes, Dumpstaphunk, Trigger Hippy, Toubab Krewe, Grimace Federation, Tauk, Cabinet and Miz. Additional acts will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

so it looks like a GA show ticket is one price, then camping / RV is another price…Thats fine – but somebody please tell me kids are free! There is no info on the website, so I’m thinking kids have to pay full price? Somebody please clarify since I cant find that info on the peach site…. Thanx!
btw – Hopefully this event will mean positive things for the annual BEARS PICNIC the following weekend a few miles away! Both have fun lineups! PEACE

Skittlestix—I emailed them last week asking the same question. Scranton is fairly close to us & the line up is awesome, but we can’t be spending $120.00+ on a 5 year old’s ticket!! if i hear back from them, I’ll post their response.

From Facebook—-
You asked and we listened! Updated kids ticket policy! For GA tickets, all kids 5 and under do not require a ticket. For children ages 10 and under, tickets are half off at the gate only with supervised adult ticketholder (please bring receipt of adult ticket purchased so applicable half price can be applied. i.e. if you paid $120, your child gets $60 ticket). All children regardless of age will still need a camping pass, VIP or reserved ticket to access those areas.
