RatDog and Primus drummer Jay Lane will take the stage at Mill Valley, CA’s Sweetwater Music Hall this evening. The drummer will perform with a special Jay Lane and Friends band consisting of Spearhead guitarist Dave Shul (Spearhead), Band of Brotherz vocalist Zach Moze, bassist/vocalist Bo Freeman and onetime RatDog saxophonist Dave Ellis. The group promises “a night of musical exploration and dubworthy good vibes.” Sweetwater was recently reopened with the help of Lane’s longtime associate Bob Weir.
