Bassnectar, Skrillex, Pretty Lights and More to Play Inaugural Counterpoint Festival

Bassnectar, Skrillex, Pretty Lights, Avicii, Steve Angello, M83, Big Boi, Zeds Dead, and Ghostland Observatory are among the acts slated to perform at the inaugural Counterpoint Festival, which is set to run September 28-29 at the location of MCP Presents’ 2007 fest The Echo Project, just south of metropolitan Atlanta, GA.

Additional performers include Wale, Big Gigantic, A-Trak, Atmosphere, Toro Y Moi, Lotus, MiM0SA, Washed Out, Zedd, Theophilus London, Beats Antique, Emancipator, Polica, Alvin Risk, Savoy, ZOOGMA, Paper Diamond and more.

Aside from the musical lineup, the festival will also offer an arts village, extreme sports demonstrations, a beer garden featuring local breweries, a food truck component, local chefs, and a college football viewing area.

Tickets go on sale May 11 at 10 AM EST via the festival’s website.

Out of all those headliners m83 is the only one worth seeing. I’m tired of the same bassnectar/avicii/Skrillex/pretty lights bullshit I will never forget seeing pretty lights in Dallas and he made shout outs to Houston 5-6 times as well as played a song that kept saying Houston instead of Dallas; pathetic
