Tom Waits has released a strange teaser for an unknown project. An email sent to press and posted on Anti- Records’ website reads, “Tom Waits: Permission To Come Aboard?—Coming August 7.” Waits released the album Bad as Me this past October and recently played a few late night talk shows. He has yet to tour behind his 2011 release.
