Trey Anastasio recently spoke with Relix for our Reel Time section. Focusing on his forthcoming album Traveler, the Phish guitarist discussed his recent collaborations with noted The National/Jonsi producer Peter Katis, his unexpected Gorillaz cover and his current fascination with indie rock. He also discussed Traveler‘s many guests, which not only include members of Trey Anastasio Band and the extended indie rock world but also Phish scribes Tom Marshall and Dude of Life.

Anastasio’s interview will run in the November issue of Relix. In the meantime, a version can be found on Relix.com
